Sylvan Hills II is a fully affordable housing community developed in Southwest Atlanta as part of the broader redevelopment of the former Sylvan Circle Apartments site. It will deliver 233 newly constructed apartments and townhomes across a 10-acre site, designed specifically for families at a range of income levels.
