Trinity Flats is a 218-unit, fully affordable and mixed-income apartment community being developed in Downtown Atlanta across from City Hall. The 10-story building will include a mix of studio through three-bedroom apartments, along with ground-floor retail space. The community will serve households earning between 50% and 80% of area median income, with some units dedicated to supportive housing. Its central location provides access to jobs, transit, and essential services. The inclusion of supportive housing units helps provide additional stability and resources for residents who need them. Developed through a public-private partnership led by Radiant Development Partners, EQ Housing Advisors, and local stakeholders, Trinity Flats leverages tax credits, bonds, and city support to deliver new housing on a long-vacant site, contributing to Downtown’s ongoing revitalization.
