Sylvan Hills II is a fully affordable housing community being developed in Southwest Atlanta as part of the redevelopment of the former Sylvan Circle Apartments site. It will deliver 233 newly constructed apartments and townhomes across 10 acres for families at a range of income levels. The community is reserved for households earning approximately 30% to 80% of area median income, with rents structured to remain accessible and support long-term housing stability. Led by Atlanta Housing in partnership with Radiant Development Partners, EQ Housing Advisors, TCE Development, and the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership, Sylvan Hills II reflects a large-scale public-private effort to expand affordable housing options. As part of the broader redevelopment effort, the project is designed to increase housing access and support long-term community stability in the area.
