The community is centered on long-term affordability, with 90% of units reserved for households earning 50% to 60% of area median income. Hollywood Road will include modern apartment features and community-focused amenities such as a fitness center, computer lab, shared gathering spaces, and outdoor areas designed to encourage connection and wellness. Backed by public and private financing, the development reflects a broader effort to deliver workforce housing and create long-term affordability in Atlanta’s Westside.
